Job description

About the company

Fever is a technology platform focused on culture and live entertainment. Its goal is to make cultural and entertainment experiences more accessible by using proprietary technology and a data-led approach to improve how people discover and enjoy live events.

Each month, the platform reaches more than 300 million people across over 55 countries, while also helping event creators scale and improve their experiences with technology and data support. Fever has worked with well-known names such as Netflix, F.C. Barcelona, and Primavera Sound, and the company is supported by leading global investors.

The team is looking for proactive, hands-on people who want to help shape the future of entertainment.

Role overview

As a Strategic Partner Manager, you will take ownership of Fever’s most important partners and the events or projects tied to them across multiple verticals, including large exhibitions, music festivals, immersive experiences, permanent or well-known attractions, and sports. The role is centered on building durable relationships, improving partner results, and making sure projects move smoothly from start to finish.

What you will do

  • Handle Fever’s key partners and their projects across different event categories, with a focus on long-term relationships and sustained performance improvement.
  • Manage the full project and event lifecycle, working closely with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Legal, and Finance to keep delivery on track and coordinated.
  • Develop trusted advisory relationships by understanding partner goals, anticipating needs, and working with internal teams to solve issues in a way that supports both partner success and Fever’s broader objectives.
  • Set KPIs, monitor results using data-driven methods, and produce regular performance summaries that show wins and areas needing attention.
  • Collect partner feedback on Fever’s products and services and turn that input into practical recommendations for product, marketing, and operational enhancements.
  • Build toward a people-management role by guiding and mentoring Project Managers, supporting training, and helping create a collaborative team environment.
  • Gain broad exposure to Fever’s teams, workflows, and internal processes.

Requirements

  • At least 6 years of experience in project management or management consulting.
  • Strong command of English is required; additional languages are a plus.
  • Proven ability to manage stakeholders, communicate clearly, and maintain strong working relationships.
  • Highly analytical, organized, and solution-focused, with the ability to juggle multiple workstreams at once.
  • Curiosity and a willingness to test new ideas and push beyond conventional approaches.
  • A strong personal standard for quality and a drive to raise the bar for yourself and others.
  • Comfort with strategic thinking, especially when solving partnership challenges and using proprietary data.
  • A collaborative, practical mindset and a willingness to contribute hands-on.
  • An MBA is considered a strong advantage.

Why you will like working here

  • Competitive compensation package, including stock options.
  • 40% discount on Fever events and experiences, plus a complimentary Candlelight voucher.
  • Private health and dental insurance fully covered by Fever through Cigna.
  • Central Provident Fund support, with Fever contributing 17% of gross salary and the employee contributing 20%, both subject to a $6,800 monthly wage ceiling.
  • Support for learning English and Spanish.
  • A lively international team made up of talented, young professionals.
