Role overview

This position is focused on winning new enterprise customers for AI-based workflow and decision-support products. It is a senior, commercially oriented role with strong exposure to executive stakeholders. The successful candidate will build new strategic relationships, help shape AI priorities at the leadership level, and turn complex opportunities into enduring enterprise partnerships. The role requires balancing innovation with trust, governance, and measurable business value in large, established organizations.

Key responsibilities

  • Drive new business efforts to acquire large enterprise customers for AI-enabled solutions.
  • Own senior-level outreach and relationship building with CEOs, COOs, CIOs, CTOs, and other top executives.
  • Use consultative discovery to uncover workflows across the enterprise where AI can create measurable impact.
  • Act as the main commercial lead on high-value first-time enterprise opportunities from first contact through contract close.
  • Shape executive buy-in by explaining AI value, adoption paths, and long-term outcomes.
  • Work through complex buying groups involving technology, risk, procurement, and executive sponsors.
  • Collaborate with AI, product, and solution teams to create credible proposals for senior stakeholders.
  • Deliver senior presentations and strategic conversations aligned to business priorities.
  • Build focused go-to-market plans to enter new accounts and sectors.
  • Create repeatable enterprise new-logo sales motions that can scale growth.

Experience and requirements

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in enterprise new-business sales, preferably in large or global organizations.
  • Track record of originating and closing complex, high-value deals with senior executive buyers.
  • Solid understanding of AI, including its uses, benefits, and limitations.
  • Ability to influence AI adoption while addressing concerns around trust, risk, and governance.
  • Experience selling AI-enabled platforms, SaaS, or advanced digital solutions to established enterprises.
  • Strong executive presence and credibility in strategic commercial discussions.
  • Capability to convert technical AI features into clear business cases tied to outcomes.
  • Comfort handling long and multi-stage enterprise sales cycles.
  • Collaborative mindset with experience across cross-functional and matrixed teams.
  • Strategic thinking, adaptability, and an active interest in enterprise AI trends and responsible adoption.
