Job description

About the Brand

Kurt Geiger began with a store on London’s Bond Street in 1963 and has since grown into a globally recognised name, with distribution across many cities worldwide. The business now runs more than 70 standalone stores across the country, including a flagship location on London’s Oxford Street, and is also represented in over 400 stores around the world through retail partnerships and pop-up formats.

The Role

This full-time permanent store leadership role is focused on delivering a high-quality customer experience while keeping day-to-day store operations running smoothly. The position is based in Dundrum, Dún Laoghaire-Rathdown, Ireland.

  • Provide consistently excellent service to every customer who enters the store.
  • Handle opening and closing of the till system.
  • Greet customers warmly, identify their needs, and guide them to suitable products to create a positive shopping journey.
  • Maintain strong product handling and stockroom discipline by checking pairs, organising stock, and upholding order in back-of-house areas.
  • Keep the sales floor clean, presentable, and replenished at all times.
  • Work with the management team to help meet individual and team sales goals.
  • Assist with training and developing colleagues when senior managers are not available.
  • Support the planning and preparation of promotional events and store activities.
  • Represent the brand professionally and follow the required uniform standards: all black, unbranded, and aligned with the brand image.
  • Take part in ongoing training so you can act as a confident ambassador for the brand.
  • Lead daily team briefings and set targets when the manager is absent.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who understands what excellent service looks like and can bring that to life on the shop floor. Retail experience is important, along with a genuine interest in fashion trends, a self-driven approach, and the ability to work well with others in a team setting.

Working Style and Culture

Brown Thomas Arnotts places strong value on customer experience, inspiring retail environments, product curation, people development, and sustainable, community-conscious retail practices. The culture emphasises service, creativity, learning, and commercial awareness.
