- Assist with purchasing consumables and coordinating with suppliers so goods are available, arrive on time, and are correctly registered as assets.
- Handle warehouse tasks such as receiving stock, storing items, picking orders, packing materials, and dispatching goods.
- Keep inventory records accurate by using CMMS tools, tracking minimum and maximum stock levels, and carrying out cycle counts and stocktakes.
- Manage rotable spare parts throughout the full repair and return process to help keep operations running without interruption.
- Support safety, tidy work practices, organised laydown areas, and environmental compliance standards.

- Willingness and availability to work a 7/3 and 7/4 roster across days and nights, with 12-hour shifts.
Desirable experience
- Exposure to MEX CMMS.
- Experience working in tunnel construction or on major infrastructure projects in warehouse/store roles.
- Formal qualifications in warehousing, logistics, or supply chain.
