About The Role
As a Store Person at our Wiri Distribution Centre, you will play a crucial role in our supply chain operations. Your responsibilities will include ensuring timely delivery of stock to stores and customers. This involves tasks such as unpacking supplier deliveries and picking orders for dispatch.
You will be welcomed into a supportive team that emphasizes positivity and mutual assistance. Comprehensive training will be provided by both management and experienced colleagues. This role offers the opportunity to develop a variety of skills in dispatching and inventory management, and you will be trained on new technology and automation systems.
Who We’re Looking For
- A strong commitment to safety, ensuring a secure working environment for everyone.
- Excellent attention to detail for accurate product handling and system data entry.
- Ability to commit to a consistent shift roster.
- Good physical fitness, as the role may involve lifting items of 10kgs or more.
While previous warehouse experience, particularly in receiving and dispatch, is advantageous, it is not essential as full training will be provided.
