Job Overview

The Store Manager role for Azorte, a premium Reliance brand, is a senior position focused on managing store operations in major markets including Delhi, Amritsar, Gurgaon, and Chandigarh. This is a full-time opportunity for a professional with up to 10 years of experience. The role is central to improving retail performance, creating excellent customer experiences, and guiding store teams effectively.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Strong command over retail operations and the ability to handle everyday store activities efficiently.
  • Solid inventory control experience, with the ability to maintain healthy stock levels and reduce shortages.
  • Good eye for visual merchandising and store presentation to improve customer attraction.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day store functions so operations remain efficient and well coordinated.

  • Keep inventory at the right levels to support product availability and avoid stockouts.
  • Follow and enforce company policies and procedures to maintain operational discipline.
