Store Manager Assistant (m/w/d) - Saarpark

About the role

ONLY Stores Germany is looking for a Store Manager Assistant (m/f/d) to support the team at the Neunkirchen location in Saarland, Germany. In this position, you will work closely with the shop manager and help ensure the store runs smoothly while contributing to a positive shopping experience.

What you will do

• Take shared responsibility for the day-to-day processes in the store.
• Help create an engaging and enjoyable shopping experience for customers together with the team.
• Coordinate daily operations in coordination with the shop manager.
• Keep an eye on the store’s commercial performance and overall business results.
• Support the shop manager in operational matters.
• Encourage, motivate, and inspire the team.

• Completed commercial vocational training.
• Strong interest in numbers and sound commercial judgment.
• Genuine enthusiasm for fashion and a good sense of trends.
• Team-oriented mindset and solid communication skills.
• Confident use of Microsoft Office.
