The role requires close collaboration with various internal teams, the creation of detailed design documentation, and active participation in project management to ensure successful execution of design projects.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the planning stages, from initial concept to the development of store layouts and interior design proposals.

  • Create 3D design models and realistic renderings using SketchUp and V-Ray for internal evaluations, presentations, and securing stakeholder approvals.
  • Verify that all submitted drawings adhere to established design guidelines, comply with local building codes, and meet market-specific regulations.
  • Review, revise, and cross-check all drawings prior to distribution to guarantee uniformity, high quality, and adherence to brand standards.
  • Facilitate coordination with vendors, suppliers, contractors, and internal departments throughout the design and construction phases.
  • Support the selection of materials and fixtures, ensuring they meet criteria for cost-effectiveness, durability, functionality, and market suitability.
  • Provide ongoing support during the entire project lifecycle, including clarifying design details during construction and conducting post-completion evaluations.

Requirements

  • Possess a Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a closely related discipline.
  • Have 2 to 3 years of professional experience in design, with a preference for backgrounds in retail environments, commercial spaces, or the hospitality sector.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in essential design software, including AutoCAD, SketchUp, and V-Ray; experience with 3D Max, Photoshop, Lumion, or Enscape is advantageous.
  • Exhibit a solid understanding of space planning principles, various materials and finishes, lighting design concepts, and the creation of construction documentation.
  • Show exceptional attention to detail, ensuring high accuracy in design work, strong organizational skills, and effective file management.
  • Possess the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and meet demanding deadlines.
  • Maintain a positive outlook, a proactive approach, and a strong desire for continuous learning and professional development.
  • Communicate effectively and collaborate seamlessly with internal teams and external partners.
  • A keen interest in retail, consumer behavior, brand experiences, fashion, and current design trends is considered a valuable asset.
