Role Overview
Loro Piana is an Italian luxury maison established in 1924, celebrated for exceptional textiles, ready-to-wear, accessories, and bespoke garments. As part of the LVMH group, the brand is built on meticulous craftsmanship, premium raw materials, and a strong focus on quality.
This full-time role is based at the Singapore MBS store and reports to the Store Manager. The Stockroom Operations Assistant is responsible for keeping the stockroom orderly, well laid out, and aligned with Loro Piana’s standards so that store operations and sales support run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive and dispatch merchandise in line with company procedures.
- Keep stock systematically arranged at all times according to internal operating standards.
- Maintain a well-structured stockroom setup that supports the wider sales team.
- Ensure the stockroom and back-of-house sales-floor storage areas remain clean, organized, and compliant with store and company guidelines.
- Keep all inventory in a neat, presentable, and easily accessible condition to support sales activity.
- Handle inventory-related tasks under the direction of the Store Manager and company policies.
- Manage items sent out for repair and follow up on their handling.
- Coordinate with shipping partners and external couriers to ensure correct timelines and shipping processes.
- Keep the sales team informed about stock availability so they can support targets and improve sales performance.
- Assist with arranging products after sales and in stockroom post-sale handling.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in luxury fashion, high-end retail, or a closely related role.
- Comfortable using computers and working with Microsoft Office and Outlook; SAP Retail knowledge is preferred.
- A positive, self-driven, and collaborative approach to work.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and problem-solving ability.
- Good spoken and written English; additional language skills are an advantage.
- Available to work retail schedules, including weekends and public holidays.
