Role overview

This position sits within a busy store environment in Dublin and focuses on handling stock accurately and efficiently so products are ready for customers. You’ll spend most of your time locating items, packing them carefully, and moving stock into and out of the store without delay. When support is needed on the shop floor, you’ll also step in to deliver friendly and efficient customer service. The business offers flexible working options and places importance on following company procedures while showing a positive, can-do approach.

Working pattern

The shift pattern for this role is 37.50 hours per week: Monday 11:30 - 19:30, Tuesday 09:00 - 17:00, Wednesday 11:30 - 19:30, Friday 08:00 - 16:00, and Saturday 08:00 - 16:00.

Key duties

Your main focus will be to keep stock moving smoothly through the store and ensure online customers receive products in the right condition and on time. The role also involves maintaining a clean and organised operational area and helping across different parts of the store when required.

  • Process stock quickly and accurately to a high standard, including locating, packing, and transferring items in and out of the store
  • Work to deadlines so customer orders are delivered at the promised time
  • Keep stock handling and operational spaces clean, neat, and well organised
  • Support all areas of the store, including the sales floor, with fast and courteous service when needed
  • Work closely with coordinators and managers as part of the wider store team
