  • Represent Delta at Airline Operators Committee meetings and communicate the airline’s operational priorities.
  • Lead change across the station and support teams as business needs evolve.
  • Improve communication practices within the operation and across partner groups.
  • Coordinate with regional teams and headquarters functions to align local priorities with broader company goals.
  • Review and approve operation-related invoices.

  • Clear commitment to safety, security, and regulatory compliance.
  • Ability to lead teams, create accountability, and sustain high performance.
  • Strong capability in stakeholder management and relationship building.
  • Flexibility, resilience, and physical stamina to perform well in a changing operational setting.
  • Willingness to work evenings, longer hours, and travel when required.
  • Ability to obtain and keep an airport ID.
  • Consistent focus on safeguarding personal safety, the safety of others, and personal data.
  • Respect for diverse people, viewpoints, and working styles.
  • High school diploma, GED, or an equivalent qualification.
