Responsibilities

  • Handle end-to-end professional recruitment, beginning with intake and ending with offer acceptance, while improving speed and hiring quality.

  • Look for process gaps and recommend practical improvements that strengthen the experience for candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers.
  • Advise HR and business stakeholders using talent and market data, and provide quarterly recruitment updates to leadership.
  • Contribute to annual talent acquisition initiatives such as process improvements, technology assessments, and rollout of new tools and capabilities.
  • Use modern sourcing methods, including tools such as LinkedIn Talent Insights, to attract passive candidates, build future pipelines, and shorten time-to-fill.
  • Create targeted attraction plans using employer brand assets and outreach tactics to engage passive talent aligned to business needs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • At least 6 years of experience in talent acquisition and/or human resources.
  • Proven ability to identify problems, design solutions, and improve processes using data.
  • Comfort working in a fast-moving, matrixed environment with ambiguity, multiple priorities, and strong attention to detail.
  • Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Previous success running full-cycle recruitment for professional salaried roles such as Sales, Marketing, or corporate functions in a large global organization is preferred.
  • Consulting and influencing abilities, including experience partnering with and presenting to senior leaders, are preferred.
  • Working knowledge of talent acquisition best practices and regional employment and hiring laws is preferred.
  • Hands-on experience with ATS platforms and sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed is preferred.
  • Work visa sponsorship is not available; applicants must already be authorized to work full-time in the United States and must not need sponsorship now or later to remain employed legally in the country.
