Job description

Role Overview

This position sits within the HR COE and focuses on total rewards operations across compensation, incentives, benefits, governance, and stakeholder coordination. The role is based in Noida and is suited to professionals with 3 to 5 years of relevant experience.

Compensation Management

  • Contribute to annual and mid-cycle compensation review processes by checking data accuracy, analyzing inputs, and loading information into HR systems.
  • Help establish, update, and govern salary bands so they stay aligned with market pricing and internal fairness.
  • Assist with executive compensation analysis, modelling, and related documentation whenever needed.

Variable Pay and Incentives

  • Handle the complete processing cycle for variable pay incentives, including confirming eligibility, running calculations, validating results, and supporting payout execution.
  • Support the creation and revision of incentive plans by working on performance metrics, payout structures, and policy write-ups.
  • Administer sales incentive schemes, ensuring calculations are correct, payments are released on time, and communication to stakeholders is clear.

Benchmarking and Market Analysis

  • Take part in compensation benchmarking activities using external survey sources such as Mercer, Deloitte, and Aon.
  • Review market compensation data to help with pay positioning, offer matching, and internal equity reviews.
  • Prepare leadership-ready insights and presentations on compensation competitiveness.

Benefits Design and Administration

  • Support the design and improvement of employee benefits, including both statutory and non-statutory offerings.
  • Coordinate with vendors, insurers, and internal stakeholders to manage benefit administration and resolve issues.
  • Help update policies and draft employee-facing communications related to benefits.

Governance, Systems, and Compliance

  • Maintain accurate compensation records in HR systems.
  • Assist with audits, compliance reviews, and documentation for compensation and benefits processes.
  • Keep SOPs, policy documents, and process guides current for total rewards programs.

Stakeholder Management

  • Work closely with HR business partners, payroll, finance, and business teams to ensure smooth delivery of total rewards activities.
  • Respond to questions from employees and leaders on compensation, incentives, and benefits.

Experience

Candidates should bring 3 to 5 years of relevant professional experience.
