Job Description
Join HPE's Corporate Strategy & Transformation team as a Sr. Director, Strategy & Planning. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in shaping enterprise-wide strategic priorities and spearheading initiatives that redefine our operational framework and competitive stance during a significant transformation period. This position offers a unique blend of strategic problem-solving and practical execution, with direct engagement with the CFO and other senior business and functional leaders. You will significantly influence HPE's long-term trajectory while actively driving key initiatives within Catalyst, our transformative program aimed at accelerating growth and enhancing operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
- Spearhead transformation projects under the Catalyst program, ensuring measurable business impact across HPE.
- Champion company-wide strategic priorities, including addressing board-level inquiries regarding growth, portfolio management, and competitive positioning.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, providing critical insights for key business decisions.
- Collaborate with business units and Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) teams to develop robust long-term plans and growth strategies.
Experience Required
- A minimum of 10 years of professional experience, with substantial experience in management consulting at a Manager level or higher.
- Demonstrated success in leading large-scale transformation initiatives and corporate strategy development.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and navigate complex stakeholder environments.
- A strong capacity to influence senior executives and foster alignment across various departments.
- An MBA or equivalent advanced degree is preferred.
- Familiarity with the B2B technology industry or comparable sectors is advantageous.

This role is designated as 'Hybrid,' requiring an average of two days per week working from an HPE office.
The expected annual salary range for this position in Texas is USD 161,000 to 389,500. This range reflects base salary; variable incentives may also be offered. Actual compensation may vary based on geographic location, work experience, education, and skill level.
