About the Role
In this position, you will help maintain the hotel’s visual standards by keeping painted and polished surfaces in excellent condition. Your work will directly support a welcoming guest experience by ensuring rooms and public spaces look clean, cared for, and aligned with required standards.
What You Will Do
- Apply paint and polish to surfaces in guest rooms and public areas, completing work within the required standards and timeframes.
- Fit, repair, and maintain wall and ceiling coverings, including materials such as vinyl, fabric, and foil.
- Carry out upkeep on caulked, grouted, wooden, and masonry surfaces using finishes like stain, varnish, and lacquer.
- Keep painting tools, equipment, and work areas in proper working condition.
- Track paint and solvent supplies, and store all materials safely and correctly.
