Job description

Job purpose

This position is responsible for helping run the performance management framework across e7 Group. The role ensures that goals at organizational, department, and individual levels are properly cascaded, monitored, and reviewed in line with the Group’s strategic direction. It also supports the creation of a strong performance culture by promoting fair, transparent, and data-led performance practices across the business units.

Key accountabilities

Performance management cycle

  • Assist with the delivery of the Group’s performance management activities, including objective setting, mid-year reviews, and annual appraisals, while keeping them aligned to strategic priorities and the balanced scorecard approach.
  • Coordinate timelines for the performance cycle across business units and corporate departments, making sure they follow HR calendars and governance expectations.
  • Review performance information to spot trends, rating patterns, and development requirements across the Group.
  • Help manage and monitor Performance Improvement Plans in collaboration with HR Business Partners, ensuring records are complete and follow-up actions are closed in accordance with HR policy.
  • Prepare performance summaries and reports for HR leadership and ExCom, including key findings, calibration outcomes, and suggested actions.

Process, policy, and system support

  • Keep performance templates, trackers, and dashboards updated to meet Group standards and audit needs.
  • Support the setup, testing, and ongoing improvement of the performance management module within the HRIS.
  • Assist in reviewing and updating performance policies, procedures, and guidance so they remain practical and aligned with Group priorities.

Stakeholder engagement and enablement

  • Serve as the initial contact for employees and managers across e7 Group entities for performance-related queries, offering guidance on process steps, system use, and policy interpretation.
  • Deliver awareness and briefing sessions to employees and managers to improve understanding of the performance framework and expectations.
  • Work with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, and Learning & Development teams to turn performance results into focused talent and development actions.

Reporting, analytics, and continuous improvement

  • Produce regular and on-demand reports covering performance outcomes, calibration results, PIP progress, and goal completion for review by CHRO and leadership.
  • Support comparison exercises against industry and regional practices to improve the maturity of the Group’s performance management approach.
  • Identify ways to simplify tools, templates, and workflows, contributing to ongoing process improvement.

Emiratization and people development alignment

  • Support the connection between performance outcomes and Emiratization, succession planning, and career development programs across e7 Group.
  • Assist in identifying high-potential UAE National talent through performance data analysis in partnership with the Talent Management team.

Qualifications and experience

  • A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.
  • At least 3 to 4 years of relevant experience in Performance Management, HR Operations, or HR Generalist roles, with direct exposure to performance cycles, ideally in a group or multi-entity environment.
  • CIPD, SHRM-CP, or a similar HR certification is considered an advantage.
  • Strong fluency in both English and Arabic is required.
