Job description

Role overview

This position is part of a specialist-level team in Hyderabad focused on strengthening alumni relationships across multiple programs. The role centers on creating a vibrant alumni community, keeping alumni information accurate and current, and building valuable links between alumni, current participants, academic collaborators, and business leaders.

The job also involves supporting mentorship and placement pathways while running alumni engagement initiatives that contribute to a stronger overall learning experience.

Key responsibilities

  • Build and maintain positive, professional relationships with alumni across programs.
  • Develop and grow the alumni network while driving engagement and outreach activities.
  • Keep alumni records up to date through verification, documentation, and ongoing database maintenance.
  • Coordinate with alumni, corporate contacts, and leaders to support mentorship and placement opportunities for current participants.
  • Plan, coordinate, and assess activities and programs designed to strengthen alumni relationships.

Experience and qualifications

A graduate degree is required, along with at least 6 years of relevant experience. Candidates should have prior experience in the EdTech industry.

Strong verbal and written communication skills, analytical thinking, and problem-solving ability are essential. The role also requires someone who can collaborate well in a fast-moving, sometimes uncertain work environment.
