Position Overview

Capella Sydney is looking for a professional Spa & Pool Attendant to support the Auriga Spa team. This role focuses on providing outstanding guest service while helping the spa and wellness areas run efficiently and smoothly.

Key Duties

  • Support therapists and beauticians by preparing treatment rooms and ensuring guest amenities, robes, linens, and other treatment supplies are stocked and ready.
  • Maintain a respectful, discreet, and professional manner in every interaction with guests and team members.
  • Keep the spa and wellness areas, including the reception space and treatment rooms, consistently clean, comfortable, and well maintained through regular checks and cleaning.
  • Help guests with information about the spa menu and resort facilities, and respond to general questions in a helpful manner.
  • Escort guests and provide clear directions when they need assistance finding their destination.

Candidate Profile

  • Prior work in a similar position, ideally within a luxury hotel or spa setting.
  • Confidence in suggesting retail products when appropriate.
  • Strong planning and multitasking skills, along with careful attention to detail.
  • A friendly and approachable personality with a genuine interest in building positive guest relationships.
  • Good written and spoken English communication skills.
  • Must hold valid working rights in Australia.
  • CPR and First Aid training is an advantage.
