Role Overview
Luckin Coffee is looking for a Southeast Asia Store Development professional to help shape and execute its retail expansion across the region. The role will be based in Singapore or Hong Kong and focuses on store network growth, location planning, and process improvement for market entry and expansion.

Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to the Southeast Asia expansion plan by recommending suitable store sites and market layouts in line with headquarters guidance and local market realities.
- Help local markets define expansion targets and practical action plans, while tracking delivery, coordinating resources, and keeping execution on course.
- Create and maintain a structured pipeline of possible store locations across countries to support timing, rollout planning, and development pace.
- Set up a review process after store openings to measure how well site choices perform and use the findings to refine future expansion decisions and resource use.
- Design and roll out standard site selection procedures, assessment standards, and operating methods across Southeast Asia.
- Use dashboards and digital tools to manage expansion work more systematically and professionally.
- Perform benchmark studies and sales forecasts, tailoring recommendations to the characteristics of different cities and markets.
- Support the adoption and ongoing improvement of location models, forecasting methods, and expansion tools across the region.
- Coordinate cross-country alignment, implementation, and training for core expansion strategies, tools, and processes.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree or higher in any discipline.
- At least 5 years of experience in chain retail, coffee, or beverage businesses, with exposure to digital site selection or expansion partnerships.
- Prior work or project experience in Southeast Asia markets is preferred.
- Strong bilingual communication skills in Chinese and English, including the ability to prepare and present materials independently in both languages.
- Good analytical ability and a structured approach to solving problems, supported by solid data analysis skills.
- Effective collaboration and communication skills for working across multicultural teams.
- A self-motivated, outcome-focused mindset with adaptability in fast-moving environments and a commitment to ongoing learning and team growth.
Location
This position is based in Singapore or Hong Kong.
