Role Overview
Ubertal Inc. is hiring a contract Social Media Manager to support its operations from anywhere in the United States. This is a fully remote position focused on managing social channels, community interactions, and content moderation workflows in a structured and independent manner.
Key Responsibilities
The role centers on overseeing social media and community activity, reviewing and moderating digital content, and helping maintain smooth day-to-day content operations. The selected professional will need to make sound decisions, work efficiently in a remote setup, and handle large amounts of online content with care and consistency.
Required Experience and Abilities
The ideal candidate should bring 3–5 years of relevant experience in social media management, community management, content moderation, and digital content operations. Strong written and verbal communication, excellent judgment, strong organization, a process-driven approach, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment are all essential. Comfort with reviewing high volumes of social and digital content is also important.
Preferred Experience
Additional value will be given to candidates who have worked on influencer or creator outreach programs, understand current social media trends and engagement tactics, or have supported startup, pilot, or newly launched initiatives. Interest in AI-based workflow automation or moderation tools is also desirable. Experience in the real estate industry is helpful, though not mandatory.
