Role overview
Crypto.com is seeking a Social Media Manager to lead the brand’s online presence and strengthen engagement with its community. This role combines creative thinking with performance analysis to shape social content that resonates locally and delivers measurable results.
What you will do
- Support the planning and delivery of social growth initiatives, making sure content feels locally relevant and runs smoothly from an operational standpoint.
- Set channel-by-channel guidance so each platform has clear content direction, consistent themes, and a defined audience focus.
- Identify emerging trends and create timely, high-potential posts that help promote the company’s products and community stories more effectively.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to maintain a consistent brand voice and high-quality output across all social activity.
- Establish social objectives, OKRs, and performance indicators, then review results through data-backed post-mortems to improve effectiveness and ROI over time.
What we are looking for
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a Social Media Manager, Social Media Specialist, or closely related role.
- Comfort working in an AI-first environment with a solid grasp of the current AI tools ecosystem.
- Strong planning and coordination skills, with the ability to manage several initiatives at once.
- Practical experience with social media scheduling and publishing platforms.
- Proven exposure to content management, campaign execution, video production, photoshoots, and broader social media operations.
- Ability to create, edit, and repurpose content; familiarity with design tools will be an advantage.
- Genuine interest in the financial services space and the ability to stay current on news, trends, and industry developments.
- Good collaborator who stays organized and handles tight deadlines calmly.
