About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic Social Media Manager to lead and expand the social media presence for a diverse portfolio of prominent events, hospitality ventures, and projects within the entertainment sector. This position requires more than just content scheduling; we are looking for an individual who can take full ownership of the social media function, encompassing strategy development, planning, execution, and active community engagement.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain comprehensive content calendars for various brands and social media platforms.
- Schedule and publish engaging content across platforms including Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant channels.
- Actively manage community interactions, including comments, messages, and fostering engagement.
- Collaborate with the internal team to conceptualize content ideas, execute campaigns, and craft compelling brand narratives.
- Monitor social media performance, analyze data, and provide actionable insights on content effectiveness.
- Ensure a consistent and high-quality brand voice and aesthetic across all social media accounts.
- Coordinate with external partners such as photographers, videographers, designers, and internal departments to facilitate content creation and campaign execution.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in managing social media accounts for brands, particularly within the hospitality, restaurant, lifestyle, or similar industries.
- A deep understanding of effective content strategies, current platform trends, and techniques for audience growth.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
- Superior organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple projects concurrently.
- Ability to work autonomously and take initiative in a self-directed environment.
- Experience with luxury, design-focused, or premium consumer brands, coupled with a keen eye for aesthetics, brand positioning, and visual storytelling.
