About TORTI

TORTI is an olfactory atelier shaped by more than three decades of Italian savoir-faire, exceptional natural ingredients, and the craft of scent layering. Established by perfumer Massimiliano Torti together with co-founder Nina Simona Briazu, the brand is guided by individuality, honesty, and the idea that fragrance should express identity rather than conceal it.

As the company expands beyond its home market, it is looking for a Social Media Manager who can express this philosophy through a polished and considered digital presence.

The Role

This is a distinctive social media role focused on protecting and elevating the brand voice. The ideal person will transform the feel of the atelier into engaging content, thoughtful narratives, and authentic client interaction. Working closely with the founders and the Brand Director, you will help define how TORTI is presented across digital platforms, ensuring each message reflects the same level of refinement, care, and intention as the fragrances themselves.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee TORTI’s growth and day-to-day presence across Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and WhatsApp Broadcast.
  • Plan and manage weekly content calendars.
  • Produce and schedule 3 Instagram feed posts each week, 2 Reels per week, 2 LinkedIn posts per week, and daily Instagram Stories.
  • Draft engaging captions and longer-form brand storytelling pieces.
  • Write thought-leadership content for the founders’ LinkedIn accounts.
  • Develop creative ideas and storyboards for shoots and content production.
  • Work with photographers, videographers, and other creative collaborators to deliver content.
  • Keep an eye on community interactions and reply to messages with warmth, professionalism, and care.
  • Measure content performance and make informed improvements while preserving brand standards.

What We Are Looking For

We are looking for someone with excellent writing ability, strong storytelling instincts, and a refined visual eye. The right candidate will know how to communicate luxury in a subtle, non-salesy way and will understand the tone and expectations of premium brands. Experience in fragrance, hospitality, fashion, design, or other artisanal/luxury sectors would be valuable. You should be highly organised, self-starting, detail-focused, and comfortable collaborating directly with founders and senior leaders.

At TORTI, the focus is on meaningful engagement rather than vanity metrics. The aim of the digital presence is to spark curiosity, build confidence, and encourage private consultations for clients seeking a deeply personalised fragrance experience.
