Role Overview
This full-time, on-site position is based in Nairobi County, Kenya. The Social Media Manager will oversee content planning, creation, and scheduling across multiple social channels while maintaining a consistent brand voice and visual style. The role also covers daily publishing, audience engagement, and timely, professional replies to comments and direct messages.
You will build and improve social media strategies and campaigns that support client objectives and work in step with wider digital marketing efforts. The job also involves tracking performance, creating reports, refining content using data insights, coordinating with internal teams on content and design, and keeping up with the latest platform trends, tools, and best practices.
Key Duties
- Plan, produce, and schedule content across several social media platforms.
