The Conqueror Challenges is a fast-growing team focused on building and scaling standout e-commerce brands. Over the last decade, the business has grown into a worldwide community of more than 2 million people, using 100+ virtual challenges inspired by real routes and famous fictional worlds such as The Lord of the Rings, Harry Potter, Star Wars, and others to encourage healthy habits.

The company is now entering a new phase of growth: expanding its own flagship brand while also identifying, acquiring, and developing additional brands around the world. Its portfolio includes fully owned and partially owned businesses across fitness, wellness, lifestyle, and women’s health, including brands such as Enroush, Karu, and other emerging names.

About the role

This position is ideal for someone who wants to take real ownership, create social content that drives results, and grow quickly. The role does not require you to have everything already figured out; what matters most is curiosity, strong instincts for what works on social media, and the motivation to keep learning.

You will work across two brands. For The Conqueror Challenges, a flagship brand with more than 800,000 Instagram followers and 500,000 Facebook followers, you will help keep the channels active with timely, trend-aware content, manage the publishing schedule, and build confidence in performance analysis. For Karu, a newer brand being scaled from the ground up, you will support content creation, publishing, and growth efforts, including helping establish TikTok from scratch.

Key responsibilities

  • Review current social channels and contribute to the content direction and roadmap for The Conqueror Challenges.
  • Produce original social-first content such as reels, trend-based posts, and other engaging formats tailored to the audience.
  • Plan, schedule, and publish content according to the ongoing calendar for existing products.
  • Prepare weekly performance updates and highlight what content is delivering the best results.
  • Shape Karu’s voice and social identity across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
  • Create, schedule, and post content for Karu while keeping the social calendar on track.
  • Launch and grow Karu’s TikTok presence from zero.
  • Monitor growth indicators and report on channel performance.

What we are looking for

  • Some practical experience managing or growing social media accounts, whether through internships, freelance work, personal projects, or about one year in a similar role.
  • A portfolio or examples of work you are proud of is preferred.
  • Strong interest in how Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok algorithms work and how to apply that knowledge in practice.
  • The ability to create content that feels engaging and a desire to understand what actually performs well.
  • Comfort with basic numbers, reporting, and deeper performance analysis over time.
  • An understanding of the difference between vanity metrics and meaningful growth signals.
  • Availability to work in a European time zone.
  • Professional-level written and spoken English.
  • A proactive mindset, good time management, and the confidence to ask for support when needed.
