What you will do
You will plan and run social media initiatives that support the company’s marketing goals, create and manage platform-specific content, and keep an eye on trends, audience signals, and competitor activity to improve results.
The role also involves working closely with marketing, design, and content teams so that messaging stays aligned with brand standards and campaign objectives. You will maintain content calendars, organize campaign rollouts, track performance data, and turn insights into practical next steps.
Community engagement is another key part of the job, including replying to audience questions, nurturing relationships online, and helping strengthen the brand’s presence. You will also compile monthly performance updates with analysis and recommendations.
Requirements
Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a similar discipline, along with hands-on experience in social media management or digital marketing.
A solid grasp of major social platforms, content trends, and analytics is important, as are strong writing, storytelling, and communication abilities. Familiarity with social media tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or Meta Business Suite is expected.
