Role summary
This full-time, on-site role in Singapore is for a Social Media Manager who can plan, run, and optimize social media strategy and content across multiple platforms. You will work closely with creative, strategy, and account management teams to build engaging campaigns, oversee daily social activity, track performance, and spot opportunities to improve engagement and brand growth. The position suits someone who is both strategic and practical, with strong planning ability, close attention to detail, and experience handling client relationships in an agency environment.
Responsibilities
- Oversee everyday social media operations across major platforms and ensure posts support brand goals and campaign objectives.
- Create and maintain content calendars in coordination with creative and strategy teams to deliver social-first content.
- Contribute to the planning and rollout of integrated social media campaigns.
- Work with account managers to support smooth delivery of projects and maintain strong client relationships.
- Track conversations, trends, and audience behavior to uncover engagement and content opportunities.
- Handle social listening and community interaction with timely, appropriate responses.
- Review campaign and channel results, then turn findings into practical optimization recommendations.
- Keep current with platform changes, new trends, and best practices in social media marketing.
- Help prepare client reports, presentation materials, and strategic suggestions.
- Balance multiple deadlines and projects while keeping quality consistently high.
- Use AI tools and workflows to improve content creation, research, ideation, social listening, reporting, and productivity.
Requirements
- At least 4–6+ years of experience in social media marketing, digital marketing, or content marketing, ideally in an agency setting.
- Solid knowledge of social platforms, content planning, and audience engagement methods.
- Proven ability to build and run content calendars and social media campaigns.
- Strong writing, communication, and presentation abilities.
- Well-developed organizational skills and the ability to juggle several projects at once.
- Analytical thinking, with experience using social media analytics and reporting tools such as Sprinklr or Sprout Social.
- Comfort working collaboratively with creative, strategy, and account servicing teams.
- Self-driven, detail-focused, and able to perform well in a fast-moving environment.
- Experience with travel, aviation, hospitality, or lifestyle brands is considered an advantage.

The role is based in Singapore and requires full-time, on-site attendance. A strong command of AI-powered workflows is valued for supporting content, research, ideation, listening, reporting, and productivity. Experience in client-facing agency work is especially relevant.
