Role Overview
The company is hiring a creative and energetic Social Media Manager to own and strengthen relationships across its social channels. This position plays a key role in planning and delivering content strategies that increase engagement, elevate brand storytelling, and build deeper connections with the audience. The role also involves close collaboration with influencers, creators, and brand supporters to keep the beauty community active and visible in digital conversations.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement social content plans that reflect the brand’s values, founder-led storytelling, and marketing goals for both branded and founder accounts.
- Interact regularly with the audience by managing comments, direct messages, and user-generated content to support a positive and engaged community.
- Develop and sustain relationships with influencers, ambassadors, and creators to strengthen awareness and support important product and brand moments across social channels.
- Track brand conversations, emerging trends, and audience sentiment to improve content decisions and identify timely cultural opportunities for participation.
- Work with cross-functional partners to support campaigns, product introductions, and seasonal activity on social platforms.
- Apply performance reports and insights from the RGA team to refine social strategy using a data-informed approach.
- Keep pace with platform changes, new social trends, and industry practices to ensure the accounts remain fresh and competitive.
- Manage the social content calendar for branded and founder accounts, making sure the schedule supports consistent storytelling and key moments.
- Support audience growth and content discoverability by building repeatable formats, series, and social-first storytelling approaches.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience in social media management, influencer marketing, or content strategy, ideally within the beauty sector.
- Strong knowledge of major social platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Pinterest, along with best-practice usage.
- Established relationships and hands-on experience working with influencers, creators, and online communities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create compelling, brand-aligned messaging.
- Comfort using social media analytics and performance tracking tools.
- A creative approach with enthusiasm for beauty, trends, and storytelling.
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast-moving environment while handling several projects at once.
- Strong planning, coordination, and project management capabilities.
