About the Role
SBZ Solutions is expanding its digital marketing and creative content capability in India as part of its growth into nightlife entertainment, event marketing, and digital media. This role is for a Social Media Manager who can shape brand presence, build audience engagement, and support business growth through well-planned content and campaigns.
Role Overview
In this position, you will lead social media strategy, produce engaging platform-specific content, manage online conversations, and review campaign performance across major channels such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, X, and YouTube. The role also includes promotion for events and ticket sales, audience engagement, and coordination with internal teams to keep messaging consistent.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute social media strategies that support business objectives and strengthen brand visibility.
- Create platform-tailored content, including copy, visuals, reels, stories, and short-form videos.
- Manage community interactions by replying to comments, messages, and brand mentions in a timely way.
- Monitor performance metrics such as follower growth, engagement levels, reach, and conversions, then prepare reports.
- Keep track of platform trends, algorithm updates, and emerging topics to improve content performance.
- Run and optimize paid social campaigns, including budget planning and performance review.
- Coordinate with design, product, and marketing teams to maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity.
- Handle reputation-sensitive conversations and support brand protection in public interactions.
- Develop and manage social media campaigns to increase awareness and engagement across multiple platforms.
- Promote events through social posts, listings, countdowns, teasers, and other ticket-driving content.
- Work with event teams to ensure event details such as date, venue, pricing, and agenda are accurate.
- Support ticketing flow by coordinating with ticketing platforms and sharing direct purchase links through bios, posts, and ads.
- Track ticket sales, event attendance, and social-driven conversions, and use insights to improve future campaigns.
- Encourage participation through contests, giveaways, influencer partnerships, and community outreach.
- Prepare post-event performance summaries with actionable insights for future improvements.
Skills and Qualifications
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and event promotion workflows.
- Hands-on familiarity with ticketing and event platforms such as Eventbrite, BookMyShow, Paytm Insider, Ticketmaster, and Meetup.
- Ability to produce compelling promotional content, including copy, graphics, and short videos.
- Exposure to paid advertising tools for event promotion, including Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Good planning and organizational ability to manage several campaigns or events at the same time.
- Working knowledge of social media management, analytics, and content creation tools.
- Strong communication and copywriting skills.
- Creative thinking with the ability to design campaigns that attract and retain audiences.
- Capability to handle customer concerns, ticketing questions, and crisis situations professionally.
