The organisation’s mission is centered on helping people get fit for life, and this role is positioned as a key part of building a strong, purpose-led brand. You will report to the Head of Sales and Marketing and work within a small, high-performing team focused on delivering strong business outcomes.

What the role involves

This position calls for someone who can blend analytical thinking with creative execution to produce content that boosts audience engagement. The successful candidate will help grow the brand’s organic presence across emerging and established platforms, while collaborating with creators and influencers to produce authentic user-generated content. Experience and capability required

Experience with a well-known consumer brand is important, as is a track record of managing content creators and influencers. Strong storytelling instincts are needed to design campaigns that perform well on platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok. Advanced shooting and editing ability is also expected, along with strong relationship-building skills and an eye for discovering compelling stories.
