Job description
Role overview
This position leads Seekr’s social media presence as a key part of the company’s integrated marketing engine. The role brings together earned media amplification, executive thought leadership, demand-generation support, product launch communication, and customer advocacy across LinkedIn, X, YouTube, and new/emerging channels.
Social media will act as the bridge between earned, owned, and paid marketing efforts. In practice, you will work closely every day with PR and Communications, Demand Generation, Technical Product Marketing, Creative, and Production to adapt content, shape campaigns, and keep the brand voice consistent across channels.
A major focus of the job is elevating executive and technical subject-matter expert voices. Strengthening their presence and turning it into high-impact, category-shaping content is central to success in this role.
Responsibilities
- Plan, manage, and maintain the social media content calendar for both executive and company accounts, ensuring it supports the broader editorial calendar and content strategy.
- Create or refine executive-facing content such as LinkedIn posts, X threads, response guidance, and engagement approaches in a voice that feels authentic to the leader.
- Partner with Demand Generation to shape social content for integrated campaigns and paid amplification, owning how campaigns are represented and how they perform on social.
- Work with Technical Product Marketing on launch communications and major announcements, translating complex messaging into formats that work natively on social platforms.
- Monitor conversations, competitors, and market narratives to spot shifts early and support rapid-response actions.
- Lead social reporting and analytics with Marketing Operations, focusing on business impact rather than surface-level vanity metrics.
- Manage daily community engagement by replying to comments and mentions in the brand’s voice and taking part in conversations with analysts, customers, partners, and journalists.
- Grow the brand’s social community over time, strengthen employee advocacy, and assess engagement quality and community health beyond simple follower growth.
- Use AI-enabled workflows to speed up content creation, adaptation, listening synthesis, timing analysis, and voice-matched drafting while keeping human judgment responsible for final output.
Requirements
- At least 6 years of social media management experience in a B2B technology environment, with hands-on work creating content for executive accounts.
- A strong portfolio that shows writing ability across LinkedIn, X, and other short-form formats.
- Deep understanding of LinkedIn as a B2B marketing platform, including how its algorithm, content formats, and paid social features work.
- Comfort collaborating directly with senior executives and shaping content in their personal voice and brand style.
- Proven ability to use AI tools to accelerate social production without losing tone, nuance, or credibility.
- Practical experience using AI as a workflow enhancer rather than a replacement for judgment, including research support, cycle-time reduction, signal detection, and decision support.
- Comfort working on technical AI topics, or the ability to ramp up quickly in that subject area.
- Ability to collaborate across PR, Demand Generation, Creative/Production, and Product Marketing in a tightly integrated marketing team.
- Experience working quickly inside cross-functional marketing motions alongside product marketing, demand generation, and sales.
- Exposure to explainable AI, responsible AI, AI governance, or a similar trust-focused category is preferred.
