Role overview
Techdock Labs is hiring a creative social media professional to design and run platform strategies, handle several client accounts, develop compelling content, and review results across channels. This position works closely with the marketing team and the CEO to support brand growth, engagement, and client-focused outcomes.
Work location and role type
This is a full-time role based in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, with an in-office setup in Gomti Nagar.
What you will do
- Build and implement social media plans for multiple client accounts on key platforms including Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, X (Twitter), and YouTube.
- Create and maintain monthly content schedules that support marketing objectives and campaign plans.
- Develop content concepts and strategy for posts, captions, reels, and social campaigns.
- Schedule and publish content across the company’s managed social channels.
- Track market trends, competitor activity, and new content styles to keep campaigns fresh and effective.
- Review platform performance data and refine campaigns using insights.
- Work with designers, video editors, and marketing colleagues to produce strong content assets.
- Coordinate with clients on approvals, campaign direction, and strategy discussions.
- Ensure consistent brand voice and visual identity across all social channels.
- Look for ways to improve engagement, audience growth, and overall reach.
Experience and qualifications
Candidates should hold any graduation degree and have 6 months to 1 year of experience in social media management, content strategy, or digital marketing.
Tools and capabilities
Applicants should be comfortable working with major social platforms and social media management tools such as Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar solutions. Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Suite, or CapCut will be an added advantage.
