About SkinSpirit
SkinSpirit is a leading destination for aesthetic skincare and body treatments, with more than 60 clinics across the United States and two decades of industry experience. The brand is known for expert-driven, medically proven care, personalized service, and results-focused treatments. Its culture puts people first, emphasizes wellbeing, and invests heavily in training, education, and innovation.
Role Overview
We are looking for a Social Media Creative Content Manager to help grow a social-first brand by reaching new audiences and deepening engagement with current followers. This role requires a highly self-directed professional with a strong ownership mindset who can take content from concept to publication on time and without close supervision. The position is responsible for shaping social strategy, building quarterly campaigns, creating content end to end, and strengthening the brand’s digital presence across multiple channels.
This is a remote role within the United States with occasional travel. Preference is given to candidates based in the San Francisco Bay Area, Los Angeles, or the greater Seattle area.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and continually refine SkinSpirit’s social presence across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube.
- Develop original, trend-aware campaign ideas that go beyond standard industry formulas and create standout content.
- Track social platform updates, policies, and emerging trends to keep content strategies current.
- Grow engagement and follower counts across all active platforms.
- Lead social listening and community engagement efforts to build loyalty and identify audience trends in real time.
- Own social content calendars and coordinate planning with internal stakeholders.
- Work with the creative team to produce copy, visuals, and platform-ready direction based on social best practices and current trends.
- Translate complex clinical treatments and medical-grade skincare information into clear, engaging, platform-specific content while preserving brand credibility.
- Bring strong hooks and fresh concepts to monthly content planning sessions.
- Strengthen community through giveaways, influencer partnerships, creator and ambassador programs, collaborations, and active engagement.
- Support more than 61 clinic teams through monthly office hours and onboarding/training for social media use.
- Track campaign and content KPIs such as link clicks, likes, and other performance indicators, and use insights to guide future initiatives.
- Analyze audience trends and competitor activity.
- Partner closely with teams across the organization.
- Review and improve internal content production workflows.
- Handle additional tasks and special projects as needed.
Requirements
- High school diploma is required; a bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.
- At least 2 years of experience working in social media marketing and managing social platforms.
- Background as an in-house Social Media Manager or dedicated social media lead for a national consumer brand is strongly preferred.
- Experience in beauty, medical aesthetics, or a closely related industry is strongly preferred.
- Strong content creation abilities, including writing, design, and video production.
- Hands-on proficiency in mobile-first short-form video creation, including Reels, TikTok, and similar formats, with a polished visual style aligned to premium branding.
- Working knowledge of video editing and content scheduling tools.
- Ability to analyze and interpret marketing data and performance metrics.
- Excellent organization, attention to detail, multitasking, and deadline management skills.
- Comfort working independently and collaboratively in a fast-moving environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for cross-functional and external partner coordination.
- Ability to handle active online community interactions with professionalism and composure.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to learn new technology quickly.
Physical Requirements
This role involves extended periods of desk work and computer use. At times, the position may also require standing, walking, using hands and fingers, reaching, climbing or balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching or crawling, and speaking or hearing.
Benefits
The company offers a competitive benefits package that includes employee discounts, Friends & Family discounts, a pleasant workplace environment, paid holidays, and a 401(k) plan with company match. Full-time employees are also eligible for medical, vision, and dental insurance.
