Role Summary
WOLFpak is hiring a full-time Social Media Coordinator to work on-site in Huntington Beach, CA. The role focuses on expanding the brand’s presence across social platforms through content planning, publishing, audience engagement, and performance review. You will work closely with the marketing team to ensure social activity supports launches, campaigns, and broader brand goals.
Key Duties
- Develop, schedule, and publish content across social media channels.
- Track trends and adjust content ideas to keep the brand relevant and engaging.
- Respond to followers and help build an active online community.
- Review platform metrics and use insights to improve future content and strategy.
- Coordinate with marketing teammates to align social posts with campaigns, promotions, and brand messaging.
Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with social media management, including content creation, scheduling, and analytics tools, with Sprout Social required.
- Ability to produce visual content through graphic design, video editing, and basic photography.
- Background in digital marketing, campaign planning, and audience/community engagement.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create polished captions and posts.
- Careful attention to detail and the ability to interpret performance data and make strategy changes.
- Well-organized, proactive, and able to manage several priorities in a busy setting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a similar field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Interest in fitness, wellness, or outdoor activities is considered an advantage.
