Job description

Role overview

Fenwick is hiring a Social Media Coordinator to help grow the brand’s social presence through compelling content, active community management, and a balanced mix of paid and organic activity. This position suits someone who brings creativity, commercial awareness, and a practical understanding of how social channels can work together to improve visibility and engagement.

What you’ll do

Reporting to the Senior Marketing & Communication Specialist, you will support the planning and delivery of Fenwick’s social media strategy. You will work with senior stakeholders to run integrated campaigns that strengthen brand awareness and audience engagement.

Your work will include setting up, monitoring, and improving paid social campaigns across channels such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and LinkedIn. You will also handle everyday community interaction by replying to comments and messages in a way that supports a positive brand experience.

In collaboration with the Visual Content and Marketing Planning teams, you will help organise content schedules, draft briefs for creative production, and make sure activity reflects the wider content calendar and business priorities. You will also review performance data, prepare reports on important metrics, and use insights to guide ongoing improvements.

The role involves keeping track of new social trends and emerging platforms so that the brand’s approach remains current and effective. You will also work closely with colleagues across Buying & Merchandising, Digital, and Retail to ensure social activity stays aligned with commercial goals.

Candidate profile

Fenwick is seeking someone with hands-on experience in both paid and organic social media. You should be comfortable using advertising tools such as Facebook Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and be interested in analytics and performance review.

Strong written and verbal communication skills are important, along with creative problem-solving ability and the confidence to work both independently and as part of a fast-moving team.

Benefits

Working at Fenwick includes 33 days of annual leave, which already covers 8 bank holidays, plus the option to purchase up to 5 additional days of leave each year. You will also receive your birthday off as an extra annual leave day, which can be taken at any point during your birth month.

Other perks include up to 25% staff discount across Fenwick stores and the Fenwick website, as well as access to WeCare, a 24/7 GP, wellbeing advice, and support service.
