About the Role

Eberle Studios is looking for a Social Media & Content Manager to lead digital communications across selected client accounts. The role centers on shaping marketing strategy, running social media initiatives, producing newsletter and blog content, and supporting drip marketing activities. This position suits someone who is proactive, imaginative, and comfortable balancing several projects at once.

What You’ll Do

  • Create and roll out social media plans for client accounts as well as for Eberle Studios.
  • Design, write, and oversee content for social channels, newsletters, blogs, and drip campaigns.
  • Partner with community committees and other stakeholders to build and execute marketing plans.
  • Monitor audience engagement and review performance data to improve content results.
  • Keep the brand’s tone and messaging consistent across all digital channels.
  • Work with the creative team on content development and production tasks.
  • Follow current social media trends and apply best practices to campaigns.

Requirements and Skills

  • A high school diploma is required; an associate degree or bachelor’s degree is preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Background in social media management, content marketing, or digital communications.
  • Excellent writing and storytelling skills, with the ability to create compelling content.
  • Highly self-driven, well organized, and able to manage multiple campaigns independently.
  • Experience working with rural communities, rural businesses, or economic development projects is an advantage.
  • Basic capability in design, video, and photography is a plus.

Position Details

This is a hybrid role with in-studio work required at least two days per week and remote flexibility for the remaining schedule. The role is expected to run around 30 to 40 hours per week, depending on workload and the right candidate fit. Pay will be competitive and based on experience and portfolio strength, and bonuses may also be offered.
