The team works with a wide range of brands, from growing labels to well-known names such as HOKA, UGG, and Hunza G, to build e-commerce experiences that are both performance-driven and creatively led. The agency’s approach centers on strong partnerships and close collaboration.

About the role

This opening is for a Social Media Associate who will help with content development, publishing, and community engagement across several client accounts. The position is very hands-on and suits someone deeply immersed in social media, familiar with fashion and retail culture, and motivated to help brands present themselves consistently and creatively across platforms. You will collaborate with senior strategists, designers, and marketing leads to bring social content plans to life for the agency account and various client brands.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day social activity across Instagram, TikTok, and other important platforms.
  • Help plan, schedule, and publish content for multiple client brands.
  • Work with design and creative teams to produce social assets that match each brand.
  • Draft captions that reflect each brand’s tone, style, and message.
  • Review comments, direct messages, and other community interactions to encourage positive engagement.
  • Support performance tracking, reporting, and interpretation of social metrics.
  • Keep up with platform updates, cultural trends, and new content formats.

What the employer is looking for

  • 2 to 3 years of experience in social media, content creation, or digital marketing.
  • Background with fashion, retail, or lifestyle brands is preferred.
  • Working knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, Canva, Figma, CapCut, or Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Strong writing ability, along with a good sense of visual storytelling and graphic design.
  • Ability to juggle several accounts while remaining organized and detail-focused.
  • Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
  • Comfortable appearing on camera and interacting with clients.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related subject is preferred.

Additional information

This is a full-time onsite role based in the United States. The role requires working closely with internal teams and client stakeholders across multiple accounts.
