Role Overview

Dallah Holding Media is looking for a seasoned and energetic Social Account Manager to strengthen its team. The role suits someone with a solid foundation in marketing and communications, along with hands-on experience managing social profiles, running effective campaigns, and building dependable client partnerships.

The right person will be both creative and analytical, using insights from data to help client brands perform better across digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle and coordinate several social media profiles across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, X, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
  • Build and implement social media plans that support client goals and reflect brand identity.
  • Design, organize, and publish content schedules that keep messaging consistent and on-brand.
  • Drive social campaigns from initial idea through launch, refinement, and performance improvement.
  • Track campaign results, review metrics, and prepare clear reports with practical recommendations.
  • Serve as the primary contact for clients and maintain strong, service-oriented relationships.
  • Work closely with creative, design, and marketing teams to produce polished content and campaign assets.
  • Keep up with evolving social media trends, tools, and best practices to improve outcomes.
  • Make sure all published content follows brand standards and each platform’s specific rules.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a similar discipline is required.
  • Prior experience managing social media, ideally in an agency or marketing-driven setting, is expected.
  • A strong grounding in marketing and communications is essential for success in this role.
  • Relevant experience should include account management for social platforms, campaign planning and delivery, content strategy, reporting, analytics, and client servicing.
  • Strong analytical ability is needed to read performance data and improve campaign results.
  • Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills are important.
  • The role requires comfort in managing multiple accounts and deadlines in a busy, fast-moving environment.
  • Familiarity with social media management and analytics tools is an advantage.
