Key Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of a quota-carrying sales role, managing the full sales process and maintaining your own pipeline while contributing to the wider team pipeline.
  • Develop deep product knowledge and become a trusted expert on the platform.
  • Review customer data to uncover growth and expansion potential.
  • Represent the company with the level of service and professionalism the brand is known for.
  • Work closely with SDR and CSM colleagues to deliver a smooth customer journey.
  • Feed customer needs and market feedback back into product discussions.
  • Handle several tasks and projects in a demanding, fast-moving environment.
  • Show initiative, self-direction, and a strong sense of ownership.

Requirements

  • 1 to 2 years of experience as an Account Manager or Account Executive in a SaaS business is required.
  • A positive, driven, and energetic approach is essential.
  • Proven ability to close deals and consistently exceed monthly quotas.
  • Strong relationship-building skills and the confidence to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to learn independently and work with a high degree of autonomy.
  • Strong collaboration skills and a team-oriented mindset.
  • Comfort working in a busy, high-pressure environment.
  • Must be located within a commutable distance to Melbourne and available to work from the office 3 days per week.

Why Join Connecteam

  • The company invests in team members for the long term through ongoing training and development.
  • The product creates real impact for businesses by helping them communicate, operate, and engage their deskless workforce more effectively.
