Recruiting and order fulfillment

  • Apply full-cycle recruiting methods such as sourcing campaigns, pipeline development, and re-engagement to continuously build and prioritize qualified craft talent.
  • Carry out structured hiring assessments in both virtual and in-person settings.
  • Maintain accurate candidate files and lead lists so skill sets, interests, and availability remain easy to track.
  • Help improve retention through regular engagement and effective placement/utilization practices.
  • Work closely with the Area Operations Manager to keep recruiting processes compliant, efficient, and aligned with successful order fulfillment.

Project coordination and collaboration

  • Monitor project timelines, customer needs, and opportunities to broaden service delivery.
  • Lead planning conversations with sales to align craftworker availability with demand and identify opportunities to increase utilization or add services.
  • Share timely updates about project end dates and workforce availability to support proactive planning.
  • Partner with the Sales Team to stay informed about upcoming project needs and available worker resources.
