Role overview
An established construction contractor in Dublin is looking to hire a Site Engineer for a major project. The organisation operates across commercial, public sector, healthcare, and industrial developments, and is recognised for delivering large-scale work for well-known clients.

Key responsibilities
- Carry out surveying and setting-out tasks using Total Station and GPS equipment.
- Check drawings and ensure the team is working from the latest design revisions.
- Arrange procurement of plant and materials required on site.
- Coordinate with the design team, client-side representatives, subcontractors, and other project stakeholders.
- Oversee site staff on a day-to-day basis.
- Draft method statements and risk assessments for construction work.
Candidate profile
- A degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a closely related discipline.
- At least 3 years of experience in a site-based role.
- Confident communication and coordination abilities.
- Hands-on experience with surveying tools such as Total Station and GPS is required.
