About the Company
Central Earthmoving, founded in 1985, is a lively earthmoving and civil works contractor operating across regional Western Australia. The business supports civil construction, mining services, and land care projects, with a strong emphasis on delivering dependable results, flexibility, value, and close attention to client needs.
The Role
In this position, you will support the HD Fitter team by helping keep the fleet operating efficiently and assisting with the upkeep of heavy plant and equipment. The roster is a 2:2 FIFO arrangement from Perth, with both day and night shifts.
Key Responsibilities
- Refuel, lubricate, and apply grease to mobile and fixed plant assets
- Remove and replace air filters as part of regular maintenance activities
- Support planned servicing and provide assistance to the maintenance crew
- Carry out simple mechanical duties and keep service logs completed correctly
- Keep the service truck and immediate work area neat and tidy
- Work in line with all safety, environmental, and site procedures
Experience and Skills
The role suits someone with prior experience in a serviceperson, mining, construction, or mechanical environment, along with a solid understanding of heavy equipment upkeep. A minimum HR licence is required. You should be physically capable of hands-on labour and comfortable working safely as part of a team.

Additional Requirements
