About the Role
This position is ideal for someone with a strong interest in financial planning, investment advice, and wealth management. You will work with inbound leads, deliver tailored guidance on planning and portfolio decisions, and nurture client relationships over the long term. The role also focuses on client acquisition and retention, with the goal of helping individuals progress toward their financial objectives.
Responsibilities
- Advise clients on financial planning and investment choices, taking into account their personal situation and long-term goals.
- Build durable client relationships through attentive service, regular follow-up, and clear communication.
- Work with the product team to share client feedback and propose enhancements to the platform and offerings.
- Stay informed about market developments, industry standards, and current best practices in wealth management.
- Support business growth by identifying prospective clients and bringing in new business through referrals, networking, and other channels.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a closely related discipline.
- CFA Charterholder status is preferred.
- CME 1A and 1B certifications are preferred.
- At least 5 years of experience in financial services.
- Strong command of both Arabic and English.
- Excellent people skills and a genuine interest in working in a front-office environment.
- Comfort working in a fast-moving, dynamic setting.
