Job description
Role overview
This is a remote-first, performance marketing role focused on scaling TikTok user acquisition for large web-based dating funnels. The work is geared toward fast growth in Tier-1 markets, especially the USA, with substantial media budgets, constant experimentation, and close attention to measurable outcomes such as CPA, ROAS, and LTV.
The position is posted on behalf of a partner company that handles all applications and the hiring process from that point onward. You would be part of an international team working across multiple time zones and cultures, in an environment that values speed, testing, automation, and sustainable growth.
What you'll do
- Take full ownership of TikTok acquisition campaigns for web funnels, with a primary focus on the USA and other Tier-1 geographies.
- Plan, launch, refine, and expand paid campaigns while managing sizeable monthly budgets against clear performance goals.
- Set up and maintain reliable account architecture, including tracking, domains, whitelists, and payment processes to keep campaigns running smoothly.
- Run ongoing creative experimentation by forming hypotheses, testing variations, reviewing results, and scaling the best-performing concepts.
- Increase automation through scripts, rules, and external tools so operations become more efficient and less manual.
- Share campaign learnings, document effective practices, and contribute to a stronger knowledge base for the channel.
- Participate in cross-functional conversations about growth strategy, funnel performance, and creative direction.
What we're looking for
- Hands-on experience running TikTok user acquisition campaigns for web or B2C products, ideally with exposure to US and other Tier-1 audiences.
- Proven responsibility for major ad budgets, ideally in the range of $100K to $200K+ per month, with a strong performance marketing mindset.
- Solid understanding of Facebook Ads ecosystem principles such as account structure, scaling, bidding, attribution, and troubleshooting, as transferable expertise.
- Experience designing structured creative testing frameworks and improving campaigns based on performance data.
- Comfort with automation tools, scripting, and workflow optimization; exposure to AI-assisted creative or optimization workflows is an advantage.
- Strong analytical ability to interpret campaign data and make quick, informed optimization decisions.
- A highly execution-oriented approach that balances hands-on management with strategic contribution.
- Clear communication skills suited to remote, asynchronous collaboration with global teams.
Benefits and compensation
- Fully remote working arrangement.
- Competitive pay to be discussed during the hiring process.
- 28 calendar days of paid leave each year.
- 7 additional wellness days for rest and recovery.
- Referral bonuses of up to $5,000 for successful candidate recommendations.
- 50% reimbursement for professional training, courses, and international conferences.
- Corporate discounts for English language learning.
- Health coverage or up to $1,000 per year toward medical expenses or insurance.
- Home office or co-working assistance, with equipment provided or reimbursement up to $1,000 every 3 years.
- Internal rewards program with redeemable perks, merchandise, and team experiences.
