About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Training Manager to lead the development and execution of comprehensive training strategies at Aditya Birla Capital in Dibrugarh. This role is crucial for enhancing employee engagement and aligning learning initiatives with business objectives. You will be responsible for managing a team of training professionals and ensuring the delivery of high-quality programs.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive training and development strategy that supports the organization's business goals and enhances employee engagement.
  • Lead a team of training professionals, providing mentorship and guidance to ensure high-quality program delivery and continuous improvement.
  • Analyze training needs through surveys, interviews, and performance appraisals to identify skill gaps and development opportunities.
  • Oversee the design and delivery of training programs, workshops, and e-learning initiatives that cater to diverse learning styles and needs.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to align training initiatives with organizational objectives and performance metrics.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and assessments, making data-driven adjustments as necessary to ensure maximum impact.
  • Champion a culture of learning by promoting training initiatives and encouraging participation across all levels of the organization.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in training and development, with a proven history in a leadership capacity.
  • Demonstrated success in creating and deploying effective learning strategies that boost organizational performance.
  • A solid grasp of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of influencing and engaging stakeholders across all organizational levels.
  • Proficiency in utilizing learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning tools.
  • An advanced degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related discipline is preferred.
  • Prior experience in a similar role within the financial services sector is advantageous.
  • Possession of a certification in training and development, such as CPTD or ATD, would be a significant asset.

Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies

  • Expertise in the design and implementation of LMS platforms and e-learning solutions.
  • Familiarity with data analytics tools for assessing training effectiveness and impact.
  • Capability to leverage technology for enhanced learning experiences, including virtual training platforms and mobile learning applications.

Additional Information
