Key Responsibilities

  • Create training content, e-learning modules, and learning approaches that strengthen product understanding and service capability for both new and existing frontliners.
  • Work with line supervisors and business teams to identify training gaps and convert those findings into practical learning interventions.
  • Deliver training sessions to frontliners and business segments, and support branch teams through onsite branch visits.
  • Run regular product refreshers through quizzes and other reinforcement activities.
  • Make sure all training materials and programmes follow regulatory requirements and internal policies and procedures.
  • Partner with stakeholders from business units and the Quality Assurance team to review compliance requirements for learning content.
  • Support initiatives for internal and external audiences, including financial literacy sessions for local communities.
  • Assist business units with digital learning efforts, such as building e-learning content.
  • Contribute to process improvement by developing digital tools that streamline training-related work.

Requirements

  • A recognised bachelor’s degree in business, banking and finance, or a closely related discipline is required.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in banking and investment-related work.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • Comfort working in a collaborative, cross-functional environment.
  • Strong aptitude for training, coaching, and knowledge transfer.
  • Good presentation skills using PowerPoint and solid time management ability.
  • The role is a short-term assignment ending in Q1 2027, after which the employee will need to transfer to another department.
  • Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
