About the Role

The Customer Experience team is hiring a Senior Technical Account Manager in Saudi Arabia. This position acts as a dependable technical partner for industrial customers throughout their journey with Dragos. The role is centered on driving adoption, deployment, and ongoing optimization of Dragos solutions so customers see real business value. The right candidate will collaborate with customer teams and internal stakeholders to align technical execution with business priorities, strengthen customer maturity, reduce risk, and improve platform outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the main technical point of contact for assigned accounts, supporting onboarding, deployment, and long-term platform success.
  • Help customers turn key use cases into day-to-day operating practices that deliver measurable results.
  • Run recurring business and technical reviews, align on roadmap priorities, and drive optimization efforts that sustain value.
  • Track customer adoption and health indicators, surface risks early, and support recovery plans for accounts that are underperforming or at risk.
  • Work in close partnership with Customer Success, Support, Product, and Sales teams to create a smooth customer journey end to end.
  • Serve as an OT cybersecurity expert by delivering training, workshops, and executive briefings, with travel across the region as needed up to 30%.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of hands-on experience in OT environments, with working knowledge of ICS, SCADA, or DCS systems.
  • Minimum 1 year in a cybersecurity engineering or SOC function, ideally in critical infrastructure settings.
  • Strong grasp of ICS/OT cybersecurity fundamentals, including detection tooling, risk management, and industrial threat landscapes.
  • Experience with SIEM platforms and incident response processes, such as Splunk, QRadar, FortiSIEM, or Elastic, plus basic knowledge of industrial networking concepts like SPAN/TAPs, VLANs, and firewalls.
  • Demonstrated success in customer-facing or post-sales work, with the ability to influence technical and business stakeholders through practical, value-driven support.
  • Clear communication skills and the ability to simplify technical topics for a variety of audiences.
  • Background as a TAM, Sales Engineer, Resident Engineer, or Customer Success Manager is considered an advantage.
