Responsibilities

  • Build experiential and integrated strategy frameworks based on cultural and consumer insight.
  • Write focused, motivating creative briefs that help teams align around the same goal.
  • Run qualitative and quantitative research and turn the findings into practical opportunity areas.
  • Create go-to-market plans that prepare ideas to scale across multiple channels.
  • Define KPIs and measurement methods to assess and improve program performance.
  • Work closely with creative teams to shape concepts from the earliest idea stage through delivery.
  • Present strategic recommendations to clients clearly and confidently.
  • Spot cultural shifts, behavior changes, and new platforms that can create value for brands.
  • Guide junior strategists and help strengthen the wider strategy function.

Requirements

  • 6 to 8+ years of experience in strategy within a creative agency environment.
  • Strong leadership ability with a collaborative style that supports both clients and internal teams.
  • Confidence in presenting ideas and leading conversations in front of clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Deep knowledge of cultural moments, major tentpole activations, sponsorships, digital and social, and experiential marketing.
  • Demonstrated success in turning insight-led strategy into measurable business impact.
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills, including the ability to simplify complex ideas.
  • Strong problem-solving ability with both strategic and creative thinking.
  • A sharp understanding of market trends and the ability to identify emerging cultural opportunities.
  • Positive energy, enthusiasm, and a team-oriented approach that helps build a strong work environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience suited to a senior strategy role.
  • History of leading and delivering high-profile campaigns for demanding clients.
  • Experience in brand marketing, sponsorship activation, and long-term client relationship building.
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with tactical execution in support of business goals.
  • Consistent delivery of high-quality work in fast-paced settings.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach to spotting opportunities and driving innovation.
  • Occasional travel may be required.
  • Flexibility to work outside standard hours, including evenings and weekends, when business needs call for it.

Compensation

The salary range for this role is $100,000 to $140,000 per year.
