Role overview

We are seeking a Senior Sales Manager for the Noida location. This is a leadership role for an accomplished sales professional who can build strong teams, strengthen revenue performance, and help scale business outcomes in the EdTech space.

What you will do

  • Guide, support, and oversee sales teams to maintain high performance.
  • Deliver monthly and quarterly revenue goals consistently.
  • Track the sales pipeline, conversion trends, and team productivity closely.
  • Coach team members, organize training sessions, and carry out performance evaluations.
  • Maintain disciplined lead management practices and ensure CRM data remains accurate and up to date.
  • Work with cross-functional stakeholders to keep day-to-day operations running smoothly.
  • Study sales metrics and introduce improvements that lift performance.
  • Encourage a results-oriented, customer-focused sales environment.
  • Prepare forecasts, business reports, and review updates for leadership.

What we are looking for

  • A graduate or postgraduate candidate; an MBA is preferred.
  • At least 6 years of experience in sales or business development, with EdTech or B2C exposure preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of mandatory team management experience.
  • Strong command of leadership, communication, negotiation, and analytical thinking.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets on a regular basis.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms and sales reporting will be an added advantage.
