Role overview

Join a global design platform that is reimagining how people create and collaborate. This senior reward leadership role sits within the People organization and is focused on shaping total rewards strategies that help attract, keep and motivate exceptional talent around the world.

Work location and flexibility

The main campus is located in Sydney, with additional campuses in Melbourne and coworking spaces across Australia. The company offers flexibility in where and how work is done, with an emphasis on helping teams and individuals find the right balance to deliver their goals.

What you will do

In this position, you will act as a senior subject matter expert across total rewards, working closely with senior leaders and People Partners. The role blends strategic thinking with practical delivery in a fast-scaling global environment, and will help shape reward philosophy, influence executive decisions and build programs that support the company’s long-term growth.

  • Design and roll out forward-looking total rewards strategies that strengthen the ability to attract and retain top talent globally.
  • Drive complex initiatives such as job architecture changes, mergers and acquisitions integrations, and entry into new markets or talent hubs.
  • Work with senior stakeholders to provide compensation insights that support important business decisions.
  • Use market intelligence and trend analysis to anticipate changes and inform future-ready reward approaches.
  • Prepare board-level and executive-ready materials on total rewards topics.
  • Coach and develop capability across the reward function.
